TEAMtalk Schools with Unexpected School Closures: What to Do

If your school closes unexpectedly, please send a quick email to your TEAMology contact (Melissa Lewis, Erica Pattillo, or a Head Coach) to let us know. This helps us adjust any planned support for the day.

We also recommend that your IT director has a plan to temporarily turn off SSO during the closure. This prevents any unintended logins or activity on the platform and keeps your data accurate. Once school reopens, SSO can be turned back on and everything will run normally.
