Implementation Tips for a Strong Start with TEAMology
As the school year gets underway, it’s the perfect time to set the tone for a positive classroom and school climate. Whether you’re brand new to TEAMology or returning for another great year, here are a few quick tips to help you get started strong.
Here are a few simple steps to make sure you’re ready to go:
- Log into the TEAMology Platform and make sure you can access your grade-level curriculum and that your class roster is up to date within TEAMtalk.
- Plan your first lesson, ideally one that introduces the TEAMology characters and the foundations of mental wellness. The Introductory Unit for your grade level is a great place to start!
- If your school is using TEAMtalk check-ins, be sure to plan time each day for students to complete them and take a few minutes to talk with your class about how and why they’re helpful.
- Prioritize spending a bit of time each day to review your TEAMtalk dashboard. It’s important to carve out time in your day to review your TEAMtalk dashboard, so you can stay on top of your students’ needs using real-time data and insights.
