### **Implementation Tips for a Strong Start with TEAMology**

As the school year gets underway, it’s the perfect time to set the tone for a positive classroom and school climate. Whether you’re brand new to TEAMology or returning for another great year, here are a few quick tips to help you get started strong.

Here are a few simple steps to make sure you’re ready to go:

- **Log into the TEAMology Platform** and make sure you can access your grade-level curriculum and that your class roster is up to date within TEAMtalk.
- **Plan your first lesson**, ideally one that introduces the TEAMology characters and the foundations of mental wellness. The Introductory Unit for your grade level is a great place to start!
- **If your school is using TEAMtalk check-ins, be sure to plan time each day for students to complete them and** take a few minutes to talk with your class about how and why they’re helpful. 
- **Prioritize spending a bit of time each day to review your TEAMtalk dashboard. **It’s important to carve out time in your day to review your TEAMtalk dashboard, so you can stay on top of your students’ needs using real-time data and insights.
- **Reach out if you need anything!** Our TEAM is always happy to help.
